The venue (Ungdommens Demokratrihus) is situated on the ground floor, with both the outside area and interior floor at the same level. A wheelchair accessible toilet is located in the entrance hall, and parking is available a few meters from the main entrance.

We offer access to FFP2 or K/N95 masks for anyone who wants to use them. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue and air purifiers will be available to ensure better air quality.

Throughout the conference there will be an awareness team that you can turn to if you experience uncomfortable situations, need someone to talk to, or have concerns about attendee safety.

There will also be a dedicated area where you can withdraw from social interactions if you need a break.

The entire conference will be in English. If you require assistance with understanding English, you can speak to a volunteer, and we will do our best to arrange for someone to help with translation.
